CANYON CREEK ESTATES HOA

Canyon Creek Estates is a friendly community of sixty four homes that sits at the base of Storm King Mountain on the Western Slope of the Rockies. Facing South West, the community is surrounded by BLM land, and is flanked on two sides by the Colorado River and crystal clear Canyon Creek. The HOA maintains a centralized five acre park, open space for residents to hike and bike, seasonal ponds and a meandering creek that winds through the trees. We are located less than ten minutes to Glenwood Springs or New Castle. Our kids attend the Roaring Fork School District/ Glenwood Springs schools, and we are close to hospitals, grocery stores and other amenities.
